Let’s be real…

2020 has been a STRUGGLE. It feels like it’s just been one terrible occurrence after another, and I would be lying if I said that I haven’t struggled with eating well. Grocery shopping has been challenging, even if I did consistently have the desire to cook; just getting to the store is hard when you don’t feel safe outside your own home.

I’ve been relying on meal kit delivery options, like Hello Fresh and Home Chef, to keep us somewhat on track. But now I think that I’ve wallowed enough. It’s time to get proactive about the improvements that I want to make, and I want to start sharing my progress with you all as well!
