Meal Plan 3/11/19

Last week at my job means that while work isn’t particularly stressful (I’ve already handed off most of my work, and my co-workers are all super supportive of my transition), I have a lot to do to prepare for a new job.  I was offered a job at a great firm, but am still in the interview process for what would be my absolute dream job – so there’s a lot of decisions to be made right about now. Luckily, I have an amazingly supportive boyfriend who is helping me talk things through, and a meal plan made up of comforting, quick, and healthy dishes to get me through the week!

Not to mention this weekend is St. Patrick’s Day, which (for those of you that don’t know) is a pretty big deal in Chicago.  Ben and I have moved cross country twice, changed jobs a few times, and gone through plenty of other changes…but the one constant throughout our 4+ years together is that we spend St. Patty’s Day in Chicago.  It’s a fun tradition, and I’m super excited for another weekend of fun in this city we call home.
